Made-to-order macarons generally require 3–5 business days of preparation, plus carrier transit time. We ordinarily ship Monday through Thursday to reduce weekend transit. If your order contains macarons, refrigerate them promptly upon arrival. For best quality, enjoy refrigerated macarons within approximately 7–10 days or freeze sealed macarons once for up to approximately 60 days. Allow around 2–3 hours to reach an enjoyable room-temperature texture before serving, away from heat and direct sunlight. Follow the instructions included with your specific item.
