For any damages that may incur during transit, we must be notified within 2 hours window of delivery. For faster service, please message us with pictures of what you received @ 408-475-4977

Shipping Policy

Shipping via USPS Priority Service:

  • Estimated delivery time 3-7 days.
  • All orders will be processed Sun - Wednesday. Thursday - Saturday will be process on the following Monday.
  • Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
  • Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. We will notify you upon receiving order for additional days to process bulk order. 
  • Macaron Centrale is currently shipping macaron in US only.    

Free delivery nationwide via USPS priority service

  • Macaron Centrale shipped all orders via USPS priority service.
  • Expedited methods of shipping are not available at this time. 
  • Macaron Centrale Store is not held responsible for any delays USPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
  • Macaron Centrale is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to incomplete address information, forwarding address or wrong address information provided by the customer.
